How to use

Small iplicator (A1, A2, A3, A5). Pressing and movements. Iplicator must be applied to the place of pain (free of clothing), then it should be pressed by hands (to the point of pain one can stand) for 40–60 seconds so that every 10 seconds the pressure is intensified and at the same time the patient moves the muscles in the area of pain. Contracting and loosening of muscles in the applied area increases the effect of iplicator's action (e.g. when applied to lower back it is good to step from one foot to the other ). The procedure of applying iplicator to the painful area is repeated until the pain completely disappears (this usually takes several minutes). Iplicator can be placed on the aching area and worn for longer periods of time, but first it must be pressed and tightened with an elastic bandage, strap, towel etc. For use on joint (A1, A2, B4, B5, B6) iplicator should be placed on the outer and side parts of the joint, so that the needles do not press against the nerves or veins (e.g. on hollow of the knees, elbows, armpits or groins). It should then be fastened evenly with an elastic bandage pressing lightly to the body for 30–45 minutes.

Knee joint iplicators

are finished in five ways (B4, B5): two soft kinds of the specially soft and two kinds of iplicators with a transparent foil hygienically executed. The soft iplicators cling to the joint much better. The regular (A1) and the two models of soft joint iplicators are either pressed to the joint by hands or they can be fastened to it with an elastic bandage. The special knee joint iplicators are equipped with a fixing band, which fastens in the down and up direction and are secured with strap band. All of the soft knee joint iplicators (B1, B2, B4, B5) are available in two types, namely: regular and gentle, whereby gentle is used in cases of increased sensibility of skin, minor joint pains, or as an auxiliary iplicator, until you get used to its sharp ends. When using all of knee joint iplicators try taking short walk, or while sitting try bending and stretching the leg in the knee joint. The aplication of the iplicator to a joint and simultaneously lying on the large iplicator (for about 30 minutes), helps not only to eliminate joint pains but also to improve the overall condition of the patient. The elbow joint iplicator (B6) is available in two patterns, namely: soft regular (B6). The soft regular (on a cloth platform B6) can be used for all pains in this area. Using instructions for all of joint iplicators are the same as that of the small iplicator.

When treating the soles of the feet,

where the “active zones“ are located, it is recommended to sit on a chair and to press the feet onto the iplicator placed on the floor. Most suitable iplicators for this purpose are small soft iplicator (A2) or elbow joint iplicator regular soft (B6).

For headaches,

the iplicator should be pressed against the back of the neck and moved gradually up to the nape and thenthe crown of the head, shifting the needles every 40-seconds without injuring the skin. This procedure should be continued until the pain diminishes or disappears entirely. Best suited iplicators for these objectives are small soft (A2). For headaches, the iplicator should be pressed against the back of the neck and moved gradually up to the nape and then the crown of the head, shifting the needles every 40–60 seconds without injuring the skin. This procedure should be continued until the pain diminishes or disappears entirely. Iplicators best suited for this are small soft (A2) or elbow joint iplicator regular soft (B6).

For lower back pains

the pneumoiplicator should be used. It fastens at the waist with the help of strap bands, and is worked by pumping a rubber ball which inflates the inner tube which presses the ringlets to the lower back to the adjustable pressure. It is recommended to use as much pressure as you can stand. This procedure can last for one minute, and can be repeated continuously until the pain diminishes or disappears completely. Iplicator can be worn for longer periods of time (30–60 minutes) after inflating, and its effect rises with walking. Large iplicator (regular, soft and inflating). For back pains and sleeplessness, use of the large iplicator is recommended (D1, D2, D4, D5, D6). When using large iplicators it is necessary to lie on a soft surface, (in the case of regular D1) for instance a bed, sofa, mattress, etc. To get used to the iplicator s sharp points you can place it on the back of a chair and lean against it for 1–2 hours, depending on your condition.

For chronic pains in the cervical spine (cervical osteochondrosis)

it is important to embrace the whole collar zone and the back of the neck for sacrum coccys. For cervical osteochondrosis it is also recomended to use a small iplicator (A1, A2, A3), but in addition, you can place under your cervical spinal area a small inflating iplicator (E1, E2) inflated to about half its capacity.

For chronic problems in the spinal region (chronic osteochondrosis)

and insomnia, it is recommended to use the iplicator for 15–20 days regularly before going to bed. In order not to diminish the effect of the iplicator, you should take a break from using it for one month. While lying on the large iplicator you will experience a warn feeling of relaxation for the duration of the treatment. The reddening of the skin after using the iplicator is normal. The pain from chronic osteochondrosis will not disappear immediately, but it should diminish significantly after 10–15 sessions. The use of the iplicator can be very effective when combined with traditional methods of treatments.

Iplicator is not recommended in the following cases:

In the presence of skin diseases, benign or malignant tumours, papilloma, birth marks, thrombophlebitis at point of application. (One or more ringles may be removed from the iplicator pad, or covered with surgical plaster, to avoid disturbing a larger birth mark or wart).

Desinfection:

is executed by commnon disinfectants (washing is done with a brush). Soft iplicators are washed with water not hotter than 60 degrees centigrade after removing foam rubber insert, which is washed separately. Rubber foam can easily be put back into its cover. First you take the insert, roll it up and fold it in half, then set it inside the cover all the way to the end, and while holding the back of the cover with the other hand, the rubber foam insert should now unroll towards the cover's opening. The inflatable and transparent iplicators are washed under the flow of lukewarm water.
