How does the acupressure mat work?
The mat is based on years of research and serves as an effective tool for addressing a wide range of health concerns. Plastic discs with spikes are attached to the PVC base – carefully designed and tested. The number and layout of the 3696 spikes are optimized for maximum therapeutic effect.
Fewer spikes may increase the risk of skin damage; too many reduce pressure and lessen the therapeutic benefit.
